Golfing in the Brecon Beacons
Golfing in the Brecon Beacons is just one of the many activities you can do within a short distance of the coach house. My actual knowledge of this pass time is limited to what my guests have shared with me. What I do know is that they often in glorious settings.
Most of the clubs are open to the public and I am led to believe very good value for money.
Cradoc Golf Club
My recent guest was good enough to share his photos as he played a game. I think you will agree the view is pretty special and literally 5 minutes for us.
It is a full 18 holes and quite demanding I am told. Luckily you are able to hire a golf buggy if needed.
There is a bar and restaurant offering lunchtime snacks and evening meals several nights a week. The Sunday lunch, a traditional Welsh pastime, is also highly popular.
Guests staying at Aberyscir Coach House can receive a discount on their green fees. Just ask for details.
Brecon Golf Club
We are really lucky to have a second 9 hole golf club in Brecon. The club sits beside the Usk. You also get great views.
Inside the club house is Gorkha and Khukuri offering a selection of Nepalese and British dishes.
